Shipping Options
Diamond ICQ Limited offers the following shipping options:
In-Store Collection (Hong Kong)
This complimentary service allows you to collect your order from designated Diamond ICQ Limited stores in Hong Kong. Details of eligible stores will be provided during checkout.
Please allow an additional 7 business days for loose stone without setting.
The collector must sign for the order upon collection.
For loose stones without setting, items will be available for in-store pick up after 3 business days.
For items requiring a setting or size adjustment, items will be available for in-store pick up within 30 business days. We will notify the customer once the item is ready for collection.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges upon receiving their items.

We aim to ship your diamond jewelry with setting within 30 working days. However, please note that all shipping dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance for High-Value Orders
For invoices under $10,000, items will be shipped normally without additional charges.
For invoices over $10,000, an additional charge of 0.6% of the invoice amount will be applied for insurance coverage.
Delivery Address Restrictions
Diamond ICQ Limited will not deliver goods to addresses such as post office boxes, locker rooms, hotels, libraries, empty flats, or any other locations deemed unacceptable by Diamond ICQ Limited.
Territories
Delivery is restricted to locations within specified Territories as defined in the Jurisdiction Specific Terms.
Estimated Delivery
We aim to deliver your diamond jewelry with setting within 30 working days. While Diamond ICQ Limited strives to ensure prompt delivery, all delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond reasonable control, including customs clearance procedures.
If there is a delay, we may proactively contact and notify each affected customer to ensure they are aware of the latest delivery status.
Non-Delivery Scenarios
If Diamond ICQ Limited is unable to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond their control or due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer:
Goods may be stored at Diamond ICQ Limited's discretion, with associated charges for storage, taxes, duties, and re-delivery.
Alternatively, Diamond ICQ Limited reserves the right to reimburse the purchase amount (after deducting applicable fees) and may dispose of the goods at their discretion.
